Roughly 85% of any composition is bone or ink. Roughly 12% is one chromatic anchor — forest, gold, or sage — used as atmospheric ground. Roughly 3% is a single sharp accent: gold-light, sage-light, or burgundy.

The Career Ventures identity has two parts that always belong together — the two-circle mark and the wordmark. The mark stands for the thesis: tacit knowledge becoming visible. The wordmark names the company. Each ecosystem capability follows the same lockup discipline.

The mark is the brand at its smallest. It can stand alone where the wordmark would fail to read — favicons, app icons, single-letter brand moments — without losing meaning.
Career Ventures. Set in Inter at a measured weight, with the same restraint as the rest of the system. No effects, no flourishes — the words alone are the company.
The wordmark sits where the brand needs to be named in full — covers, footers, signage, decks. Always paired with the mark when both can fit. Wordmark alone is acceptable; mark alone is acceptable; never compete the two for the same surface.

Used as browser tab icon, Apple touch icon, and any small-square brand surface where the full wordmark would fail to read. The two-circle mark is dark on light by default, so it must always sit on a bone or paper surface — never on ink.
Each ecosystem capability has its own iconic visual paired with its name in the same family — same Inter weight, same letter-spacing, same restraint. The Career Twin lockup stands first because it is the foundation every other capability is built from.
The wordmark is the brand's signature — placed last, where it carries the most weight.

The brand is built from a small, disciplined set of visual assets — the master wordmark, the ecosystem lockups, the iconic agent portraits, and the architectural diagrams that explain the system. Each one earns its place. Nothing decorative.
